About the Role

Sheetal Enterprises is looking for an energetic and technically inclined Sales Engineer to join our Industrial Automation business in Goa.

The role involves working closely with industrial customers, understanding their technical requirements, recommending suitable products and solutions, preparing commercial offers, and developing long-term customer relationships.

This is a field-oriented sales position involving extensive travel across Goa, making it ideal for someone who enjoys meeting customers, visiting industrial facilities, understanding applications, and developing business.

Technical Knowledge

Candidates should have basic knowledge or understanding of one or more of the following areas:

- Pneumatics
- Hydraulics
- Process Instrumentation
- PLCs & Industrial Automation
- Sensors, valves, actuators and related industrial components
- Basic electrical/electronic control systems

Freshers are welcome. Candidates are not expected to be experts in all these areas. A solid willingness to learn industrial products and applications is important.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit existing and prospective industrial customers across Goa.
- Understand customer applications and technical requirements.
- Recommend suitable industrial automation, pneumatic, hydraulic and instrumentation products/solutions.
- Generate new sales enquiries and business opportunities.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations and orders.
- Coordinate with customers and the internal team for technical and commercial requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers,



maintenance teams, engineers and purchase departments.
- Identify opportunities for new products and applications at customer sites.
- Achieve assigned sales and business-development targets.
- Maintain regular reporting of customer visits, enquiries and sales opportunities.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Automation or a related engineering discipline preferred.
- Basic technical understanding of industrial equipment and automation.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable meeting customers and developing professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and willing to work in a field-sales environment.
- Must be willing to travel extensively in and around Goa.
- Must have own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.
- Knowledge of the local industrial areas and market in Goa will be an advantage.
