Looking for Young, Agile, Well-Groomed & Sales-Oriented Consultants to handle In-Store & Online Sales of Astrological Gemstones & Birthstone Jewellery.
Role & responsibilities
- Attend & assist walk-in customers at our retail flagship store.
- Handle online sales enquiries through Website, WhatsApp, Phone, Email & Live Chat.
- Understand customer requirements and provide expert guidance in choosing the right gemstone according to their requirement, preference & budget.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle high-value products & premium clientele professionally.
- Achieve individual sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing,
fulfilment and customer follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
- Age: 22 - 35 years
- Excellent English & Hindi communication is essential.
- Well-groomed, confident and pleasant personality.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand requirements and recommend the right product.
- Experience in Retail / Luxury / Jewellery / Lifestyle / Premium Sales preferred.
- Comfortable dealing with high-value products and discerning customers.
