Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in the Pune Division. The specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with industrial clients, and promote AVP Corp’s product portfolio through direct sales activities, presentations, and product demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include managing inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and providing pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

The role also involves planning and executing marketing initiatives, such as campaigns,



digital outreach, and participation in industry events, to increase brand visibility and market reach. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product features, market trends, and customer requirements, contributing to sales planning and performance reporting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, with an understanding of industrial products or B2B markets.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management and Training skills to support sales processes, guide team members, and help customers understand product applications.
- Relevant skills such as basic technical understanding of electrical/electronic components, familiarity with industrial automation, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in industrial sales or distribution.
- Ability to work in office in Pune Division, visit customer locations as needed, and maintain a professional, ethical, and inclusive approach to client engagement.
