Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Anklesvar. The specialist will be responsible for promoting Senso Agrotech’s agrochemical portfolio, identifying current business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, importers, exporters, and local agribusiness partners.

Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, managing sales pipelines,



preparing proposals, and participating in customer meetings and product demonstrations. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, supporting brand awareness initiatives, and coordinating participation in industry events, exhibitions, and field activities. The specialist will also provide product training to customers and internal teams, gather feedback from the market, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Experience in Training customers or partners on product features, benefits, and usage.
- Background in agriculture, agrochemicals, or related industries is highly beneficial.
