Job Summary

D’LIFE Home Interiors is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Officer to join our Business Development and Sales team in Bangalore.

The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, relationship building, sales promotion, and business development for residential interior projects. This is a good opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales and the home-interior industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate current leads and business opportunities through various sales and marketing activities.
- Identify and develop relationships with potential customers, referral partners, and other business sources.
- Conduct regular field visits, meetings, and networking activities to generate enquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and communicate D’LIFE’s interior solutions effectively.
- Follow up with prospective customers and leads through calls, meetings, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with the sales and interior design teams for lead conversion.
- Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers and referral partners.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, events,



and local marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to the Branch Manager / Sales Manager.
- Develop knowledge of home interiors, modular products, services, pricing, and customer requirements.

Requirements
- BBA / MBA in Sales & Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development activities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Candidates with an interest in the home-interior / real-estate / sales industry will be preferred.
