Role Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern who is passionate about business development and client relationship management. This is an internship role based in Pune. The selected candidate will identify recent business opportunities, connect with prospective clients, generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and support the complete sales process.

The role also involves market research, LinkedIn outreach, coordinating with the marketing team, and contributing ideas to help Passion Minds grow.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Schedule meetings with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and commercial quotations.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and content teams.
- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
- Represent Passion Minds at exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings when required.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in sales,



marketing, and business development.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, branding, or content marketing is preferred.
- Ability to build professional relationships with clients.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
