NWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Client Servicing – Key Account Management qualified to join our team.
NThe ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing key clients, understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and driving projects from brief to successful execution.
NNote: Candidates with experience in Events, Experiential Marketing, BTL Activations, Mall Décor or Corporate Events will be preferred.
NKey Responsibilities:
NManage and build strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients.
NUnderstand client requirements and translate them into clear briefs for internal teams.
NAct as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
NCoordinate with Creative,Design, Production, Operations and Vendor teams to ensure smooth project execution.
NDevelop and present concepts, presentations, proposals and solutions to clients.




NManage multiple client requirements and projects simultaneously.
NEnsure timely follow-ups on proposals, approvals and ongoing projects.
NDrive client satisfactionand maintain strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
NIdentify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
NCoordinate project handovers and ensure smooth communication between the client & execution teams.
NMaintain project trackers, client updates and regular follow-ups.
NSupport the team in achieving business and client servicing objectives.
NRequirements:
N4 – 6 years of experiencein Client Servicing / Key Account Management.
NExperience in the Events,BTL Activations, Mall Décor, Corporate Events or Advertising industry is highly preferred.
NStrong client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
NExcellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
