Delivery ExecutiveJob Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Delivery Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for picking up orders from restaurants/stores and delivering them safely and on time to customers.

Key Responsibilities
Pick up customer orders from assigned restaurants or stores.
Deliver orders to customers accurately and within the expected delivery time.
Handle food/packages carefully to maintain their quality and condition.
Verify order details before pickup and delivery.
Collect cash payments when required and maintain accurate records.
Use a smartphone and delivery application to accept and manage orders.
Follow the assigned route and use GPS/navigation for efficient delivery.
Maintain qualified and polite communication with customers and restaurant staff.
Report delivery issues, delays, failed deliveries, or customer concerns to the support team.
Maintain the delivery vehicle/bike in good working condition.




Follow all company policies and traffic/safety regulations.

Requirements
Valid driving licence and required vehicle documents.
Own two-wheeler preferred.
Android/iPhone smartphone with internet access.
Basic knowledge of using GPS and mobile applications.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Ability to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Previous delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
