Job Title: Data Modeler

Experience: 8–10 Years

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with 8–10 years of experience in data modeling and solid knowledge of the Insurance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience with the Erwin Data Modeler tool and be capable of designing scalable, consistent, and business-aligned data models.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
Create and maintain data models using Erwin.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective data structures.
Develop entities, attributes, relationships, keys, and data definitions.
Work closely with business analysts, data architects, developers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure data models follow enterprise data standards and best practices.
Identify data quality, integration,



and modeling issues and recommend solutions.
Maintain data model documentation and metadata.
Support database design, data integration, and application development teams.
Apply solid understanding of Insurance domain data and business processes.

Required Skills
8–10 years of experience in Data Modeling.
Strong hands-on experience with Erwin Data Modeler.
Experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling.
Strong understanding of database concepts, relationships, keys, and normalization.
Valuable knowledge of the Insurance domain.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
