Amba Multiprint (AMP) is expanding its Digital Flexo Division and is looking for an experienced Digital Flexo Printing Machine Operator to join our production team.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage modern Digital Flexo Printing Machine
Should be able to handle Monotec GM Color Nova Series as well as Digital Embellishment machines well.
Set up jobs, including inks, and substrates
Maintain consistent colour, registration and print quality
Conduct in-process quality checks and minimize wastage
Handle job changeovers efficiently and achieve production targets
Troubleshoot printing-related issues during production
Maintain machine cleanliness, safety and operating standards
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Pre-Press teams
Follow SOPs and maintain proper production records

Candidate Profile




3–8 years of experience in Digital Flexo printing
Experience in Digital Flexo labels / film printing preferred
Valuable understanding of Flexo printing, inks, and colour matching
Ability to independently handle machine setup and production
Strong focus on quality, productivity and waste reduction
Team-oriented with positive discipline and problem-solving skills
