Role & responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, test and deploy attended and unattended automation solutions using UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate and SAP Build Process Automation in line with CoE standards.

- Analyze approved requirements, process maps, business rules, exceptions, controls and acceptance criteria; clarify gaps with Business Analysts, Process Owners and operational subject-matter experts.

- Develop robust, reusable and supportable automation components, including workflows, integrations, queues, forms, approvals, exception handling, logging and notifications.

- Integrate automation solutions with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft 365, APIs, databases, files and other approved enterprise applications while following security and access controls.

- Perform unit,



integration and regression testing; support user acceptance testing, release preparation, deployment, hyper care and operational handover.

- Monitor production automations, investigate failures, resolve incidents, perform root-cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive improvements.

- Maintain complete technical and operational documentation, including solution designs, configuration records, test evidence, runbooks, support guides and change records.

- Contribute to peer reviews, reusable assets, development standards, knowledge sharing, process improvement and responsible adoption of AI-enabled automation capabilities.
