What will you do

- Review and assess EPC contractor designs/drawings for compliance with IRC, MoRTH, and contract requirements.
- Provide design review comments and recommend approval/rejection based on technical suitability and site conditions.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure works conform to approved drawings and specifications.
- Verify construction methodologies for pavement works, including earthwork, subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, DLC, and PQC.
- Monitor quality, testing activities, and implementation of the Quality Assurance Plan (QAP).
- Identify deviations/non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Review contractor resources, progress, delays, risks, and mitigation measures.
- Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Setting (HSE) requirements.
- Review and recommend interim payments (RA bills) based on measured quantities,



quality, and contract provisions.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and government authorities to ensure smooth project execution.

What you bring

- Graduate in Civil Engineering and Master’s in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of progressive programme or project experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience on large-scale construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations, environmental sustainability, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with best practices for quality and safety.
