We are looking for a skilled and responsible RO Technician to handle installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of domestic RO water purifiers. The technician will provide professional doorstep service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and re-install domestic RO water purifiers.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot RO-related issues.
- Perform regular RO servicing and maintenance
- Check water quality, leakage, pressure, and overall RO performance.
- Handle service calls professionally and reach customer locations on time.
- Explain service work and required parts to customers clearly.
- Maintain proper records of service calls, parts used, and payments.
- Ensure proper handling of tools, spare parts, and company equipment.
- Follow company service standards and maintain customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an RO Technician / Water Purifier Technician is preferred.
- Knowledge of domestic RO systems and their components.
- Basic troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
