Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Retail Trainer to train and develop our retail store teams and improve sales performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct product, sales, process, and customer service training.
- Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) and store visits.
- Train employees on product knowledge, upselling, cross-selling, and customer handling.
- Conduct training on communication, interpersonal skills, conflict management, and grooming.
- Identify training needs and performance gaps across stores.
- Develop training materials, presentations, assessments, and activities.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training reports.




- Work closely with Retail Operations and Store Managers to improve team performance.

Requirements

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Retail Training / Sales Training.
- Solid presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Good understanding of retail sales and customer service.
- Willingness to travel across stores in the South region
