Role & responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations
- Achieve sales and revenue targets
- Supervise, train, and motivate store staff
- Handle customer service and complaints
- Manage inventory, stock, and product displays
- Prepare sales and performance reports
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and store discipline
- Maintain store standards, cleanliness, and visual merchandising
- Coordinate with head office, suppliers, and management

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates should have 5 to 7years of working experience as Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
- trong knowledge of sales, inventory, billing, and store operations.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with strong sales and business acumen.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and retail POS systems.
- Presentable, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced workplace.
