- 2 years of excellent retail sales experience Preferred

- Presenting and selling of products using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers.

- Must have a thorough understanding of jewellery items and be able to present themselves professionally at all times.

- Knows about jewellery and diamonds.

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

- Preparing quotations for clients looking for custom made jewellery items.

- Handling and resolving customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

- Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements

- Basic computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Word & Excel
- A solid sales background will be advantageous.





- Candidates must have smart personality, excellent communication skills with at least 2 year experience in Jewellery retailing.

- Introduce the various product offering to the customers and facilitate customer buying decision.

- Retention of customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
