Role: D365 F&O; Retail Consultant
Experience: 5+ Years

- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Retail/Commerce)
- POS (Point of Sale)
- Store Operations
- Retail Inventory Management
- Pricing & Promotions
- Loyalty Programs
- Retail Channel Management
- Requirement Gathering and Solution Design
- UAT, Training, and Go-Live Support
Responsibilities:
- Implement and support D365 F&O; Retail/Commerce solutions.
- Configure retail processes including stores, products, pricing, promotions, and loyalty.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Support integrations with POS, eCommerce, and third-party applications.
- Conduct testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
