We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Project Manager to lead new outlet openings, renovations and F&B; projects from planning to final handover.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end restaurant project execution
Plan project timelines, budgets and resources
Coordinate architects, consultants, contractors & vendors
Manage civil, interior, electrical, plumbing, HVAC & MEP works
Coordinate commercial kitchen equipment installation
Monitor project costs, quality and timelines
Manage BOQ, quotations and project documentation
Conduct regular site visits and progress reviews
Resolve project delays and execution issues
Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Finance & Management
Ensure snag closure, commissioning and final handover
Support complete pre-opening readiness of new outlets
Candidate Profile
✅ 5–10 years of relevant project experience
✅ Restaurant / Hotel / Hospitality experience preferred
✅ Experience in new outlet Restaurants openings & renovation projects
✅ Strong knowledge of civil,
interior & MEP works
✅ Contractor & vendor management experience
✅ Knowledge of BOQ, budgeting & cost control
✅ Strong Excel & project reporting skills
✅ Excellent coordination & problem-solving skills
✅ Willingness to travel to project sites

Site Handover → Construction → Interiors → Kitchen → Equipment → Testing → Handover → Restaurant Opening
