Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
- Oversee inventory management, cost control, and profitability analysis to optimize P&L; performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
- Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on food safety standards, quality control, and customer service excellence.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in hotel or restaurant management.
- Robust knowledge of costing, profit & loss (P&L;), and restaurant management principles.
- Proven track record in controlling costs, increasing sales revenue, and improving operational efficiency.
