he Reservation Manager will be responsible for handling all incoming reservation calls, enquiries and booking requests and converting maximum enquiries into confirmed room bookings.
The primary responsibility of this position is room sales and revenue generation through telephone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, website enquiries, OTA enquiries and other direct booking channels.
The Reservation Manager must be an excellent communicator and salesperson who can understand guest requirements, recommend the right room/package, handle objections, negotiate appropriately and successfully convert enquiries into paying guests.
This is a sales-driven position, and performance will be measured primarily on enquiry-to-booking conversion, room nights and revenue generated.Role & responsibilities
