Job Title: Research Analyst Alternates

Function: Investment Research

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across AIFs, PMS, Private Equity, Venture Capital, REITs, InvITs, Structured Products, GIFT City products and Global Alternatives.
- Evaluate investment opportunities, fund managers, investment strategies, portfolio construction, risks and return drivers.
- Prepare investment notes, research reports, comparative analyses and thematic research to support investment decisions.
- Conduct manager and product due diligence, including research, documentation and management interactions.
- Support the Investment Committee with presentations, analysis, recommendations and follow-ups.
- Monitor existing investments, market developments, regulations, competitors and emerging investment themes.
- Maintain structured manager databases, research repositories and investment documentation.
- Work closely with Investment, Product, Advisory and Relationship Management teams.
- Leverage AI tools and technology to improve research quality, speed,



analysis and workflow efficiency.
- Identify new investment opportunities and emerging strategies relevant to client portfolios.

Requisites

- Bachelor//'s/Master//'s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, Fintech or related fields.
- CFA / CAIA / MBA / CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong understanding of capital markets and alternative investments.
- Good financial analysis, research and analytical skills.
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar or similar research platforms is an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or NotebookLM.
- Knowledge of Python, SQL or workflow automation is an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- High ownership, intellectual curiosity, commercial judgement and a self-starter mindset.
