Happy Homes Projects LLP is looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence, generate quality leads, and support the marketing of our real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube and other digital platforms.
Create and manage lead-generation campaigns for real estate projects.
Manage social media pages, content calendars, posts, Reels and promotional campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions and ROI.
Optimize paid advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and sales teams for marketing creatives and campaigns.
Develop engaging content, captions and promotional concepts for social media.
Manage SEO, Google Business Profile and website-related marketing activities.
Track website traffic and campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Maintain lead reports and provide regular performance updates to management.
Research competitors, market trends and recent digital marketing opportunities.
Support WhatsApp, email and remarketing campaigns to nurture potential customers.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Experience with social media marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
Positive understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and digital marketing metrics.
Creative thinking with solid communication and content-planning skills.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-based decisions.
Experience in real estate digital marketing will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Canva, basic video editing or creative tools is preferred.
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property, construction or a related industry.
Goal of the Role: Generate high-quality leads, strengthen the Happy Homes Projects brand online, increase project visibility and contribute directly to sales growth.
