About the Role

PASHUPATASTRA SOLUTIONS is looking for a creative, hands-on, and tech-savvy Digital Marketing Executive to support our digital marketing, content, social media, performance marketing, SEO, and brand-building initiatives.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with up-to-date digital marketing and AI tools and have an interest in IT services, software, AI, and technology marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms
Manage the company’s LinkedIn and social media presence
Create and publish social media posts, blogs, website content, emails, and marketing creatives
Assist with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaign setup, monitoring, and optimization
Conduct keyword research and support SEO and website optimization
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, and similar platforms for marketing research and content creation
Research competitors, industry trends, target audiences, and content opportunities
Create case studies,



presentations, landing pages, lead magnets, and marketing collateral
Monitor and report on website traffic, campaign performance, leads, engagement, and marketing KPIs
Coordinate with design, development, sales, and other internal teams
Experiment with current marketing channels and AI-powered marketing approaches

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Social Media, or Content Marketing
Basic hands-on knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, and Google Analytics
Strong content writing and communication skills
Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, and marketing activities
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar creative tools
Good understanding of social media marketing and content strategy
Strong research and analytical skills
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Interest in IT services, SaaS, AI, software, and technology marketing

Positive to Have

Experience in an IT services, software, SaaS, or technology company will be an advantage.
