We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience to provide day-to-day support for hardware, software, networking, and computer services.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and business applications.
Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP issues.
Support basic configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches, and network devices.
Handle employee IT support requests and resolve issues within the required timeline.
Maintain IT assets, inventory, and system documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors for hardware, networking, internet, and software-related issues.




Support employee onboarding and exit-related IT requirements.
Ensure systems are updated with required security patches and antivirus.
Escalate complex issues to the senior IT team when required.

Requirements
Diploma / bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / Technical Support.
Positive knowledge of computer hardware, Windows, software troubleshooting, and basic networking.
Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and provide timely user support.
