NThe specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: -

- The Product Manager will work closely with both onsite and offshore teams to assess requirements

- The Product Manager will play a key role in managing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and
Napproving feature acceptance, all while adhering to the agile methodology set for project
Nmanagement.

- TheProduct Manager will collaborate with the engineering team to assess capabilities and
Nalternatives, taking responsibility for defining and prioritizing product releases.

- The Product Manager will generate release notes, develop demo scripts,



and perform feature
Ndemonstrations for stakeholders, in addition to product demonstrations for stakeholders and clients.

- The Product Manager will work alongside UX and the engineering team to shape product design. The
NProduct Manager will autonomously identify and access relevant data to build compelling business
Ncases.

- The Product Manager will prioritize the backlog at both the feature and user story levels, having a
Ncomprehensive understanding of each feature.

- The Product Manager will take proactive action based on feedback obtained during retrospective
Nmeetings.

- The Product Manager will identify potential challenges and proactively devise mitigation strategies. N
