As the Foundation enters its next phase of growth, it is looking for a visionary, strategic financial leader to join its Senior Leadership Team.

Role Overview
The Director - Finance serves as the Strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Foundation. This role holds total fiduciary responsibility for ensuring that the Foundation is a well-managed, institutionalized, fully compliant, and financially viable organization.
As a core member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the incumbent will manage the intersection of long-term financial strategy, rigorous risk mitigation, capital preservation, working capital management and board-level governance. The right candidate will keep the Foundation abreast of up-to-date budgeting and predictive control tools,



manage a sophisticated treasury function, and champion creative financing structures within the Indian non-profit ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership & Treasury Management
● Long-Term Fiduciary Strategy: Partner directly with the Founder-Director and Board to design and execute long-term capital allocation strategies, multi-year financial models, and scalability forecasts.
● Treasury & Capital Preservation: Oversee the organization's treasury functions, managing liquid assets, optimization of cash flows, and capital preservation. Ensure all investment of surplus funds strictly adheres to Section 11(5) of the Income Tax Act.
● Modernizing Financial Infrastructure: Implement and maintain state-of-the-art budgeting, financial planning, and control tools to streamline decision-making across all program verticals.
