Mandatory Experience Criteria

We are looking for candidates who meet both of the following requirements:
Agency Experience: Must have prior experience working with a Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Agency.
Recent EdTech Experience: The candidate's current or most recent company must be from the EdTech / Online Education / Training industry.
Candidates who have agency experience but whose most recent experience is not EdTech will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities




Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for student acquisition and enrollment.
Manage Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid campaigns.
Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR and conversion performance.
Drive qualified leads and student enrollments.
Manage social media, SEO, email marketing and digital campaigns.
Work closely with Sales, Content and Design teams.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team.
Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Agency Experience + Recent EdTech Experience = Mandatory

Candidates who do not meet both criteria will not be considered for this position.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹850,000.00 per year
