Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog.n
Configure and maintain CMDB, CIs, and relationships.n
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer.n
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations.n
Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions.n
nQualifications

n
4+ years of ServiceNow development experiencen
nRequired Skills
n
n
Solid hands-on experience in ITSM and CMDBn
Valuable knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scriptingn
Experience with ServiceNow workflows/Flow Designern
Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrationsn
Positive communication and problem-solving skillsn
nPreferred Skills
n
n
ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification.n
