We are hiring Relationship Managers with proven MSME / SME Loan Sourcing experience for a leading banking organization.

COMPENSATION

- Assistant Manager: 13.96 LPA ACTC | 85K Fixed + 27K Variable • Manager: 16.42 LPA ACTC | 1 Lakh Fixed + 35K Variable

MANDATORY ELIGIBILITY

- Currently working with a Bank / Small Finance Bank
- UG Degree in First Class (60%+) from a recognized university

• Age: 35 years or below as on 30.04.2026

Experience:

- Manager: Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a Bank in Loan Sourcing / Loan Processing / MSME Loans / Retail Loans • Assistant Manager:



Minimum 2 years relevant experience in a Bank in Loan Sourcing / Loan Processing / MSME Loans / Retail Loans

MSME SOURCING REQUIREMENT

- Assistant Manager: Proven MSME Loan Sourcing of 5 Cr+ • Manager: Proven MSME Loan Sourcing of 10 Cr+

- Robust Customer Acquisition & Business Development experience
- Hands-on MSME / SME / Business Loan Sourcing experience

• Field visits and customer relationship management exposure preferred
