Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Relationship Manager to drive strategic partnerships and alliances with banks. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in fintech or banking, with proven expertise in building and managing bank tie-ups. This role requires excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

∙Develop and manage strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions

∙Identify new opportunities for alliances to expand business reach

∙Handle end-to-end bank tie-ups, including onboarding and relationship management

∙Maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across partner banks

∙Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution of partnership initiatives

- Coordinate with Government agencies/ Departments.





∙Monitor performance of partnerships and drive growth strategies

∙Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies

∙Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, and industry events

Key Requirements:

∙ Education: CA or MBA (mandatory)

∙ Experience: Minimum 10+ years in fintech or banking sector

∙Proven experience in bank partnerships, alliances, and relationship management

∙Strong understanding of financial products, lending, or fintech ecosystem

∙Excellent communication and business writing skills

∙Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

∙Presentable, confident, and professional personality

∙Mumbai-based candidate preferred

∙Open to travel as per business requirements
