Role Description The Relationship Manager role at PBPartners is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role is responsible for building and maintaining robust relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless insurance experience.

Day-to-day activities include understanding customer insurance needs, explaining product features and benefits, assisting with policy selection and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve queries and issues.

The Relationship

Manager will track customer interactions, follow up on leads, support renewals and cross-selling opportunities,



and help improve service quality through feedback and proactive communication. This position also involves adhering to regulatory guidelines and company policies while promoting PBPartners’ values and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management and client service skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and financial services, or willingness to learn quickly.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail in handling documentation and customer records.
- Comfort working in an in office environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and meeting defined performance targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in insurance, banking, or customer-facing roles is an asset.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to compliance and ethical business practices.
