Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Experience:

- 1 to 5 years of experience in Consumer Loans, Business Loans, Small Enterprise Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, Gold Loans, or related financial products
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered

Key Responsibilities
- Acquire current customers for Consumer and Small Enterprise Loan products.
- Generate business through direct sales, referrals, and local market sourcing.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth loan processing.




- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Explore local market opportunities to expand the customer base.
