Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

- Identify current business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products/services to effectively communicate value to clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, marketing) to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.

- Provide exceptional customer support by resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-1 year of experience in BFSI industry or related field.

- Graduation from any stream (B.A - Bachelor of Arts in Any Specialization / B.C.A. in Any Specialization).

- Strong communication skills for effective relationship management and negotiation.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
