Job Purpose To acquire new corporate salary accounts by identifying and onboarding companies and their employees, while building strong relationships with corporate clients and driving business through salary accounts, CASA, and other banking products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for salary account tie-ups.
- Generate leads through market visits, corporate references, cold calling, networking and existing relationships.
- Meet HR/Finance/Admin heads of companies to pitch corporate salary solutions.
- Drive salary account acquisition and employee onboarding within mapped corporates.
- Conduct corporate visits, employee engagement activities and salary account camps.
- Achieve monthly targets for Salary Accounts, CASA, NTB acquisition and cross-selling.
- Cross-sell banking products such as:
- Savings & Salary Accounts
- Credit Cards
- Personal Loans
- Insurance & Investment Products
- Demat / Investment Accounts
- Other Retail Banking products
- Maintain robust relationships with corporate HR/administration teams for long-term partnerships.
- Ensure proper KYC, documentation and account-opening processes as per bank policies.
- Track account activation, salary credits and customer engagement.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update the CRM with leads and conversion status.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal bank processes.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred.
- 1-4 years of experience in banking, BFSI, CASA, corporate salary, direct sales or relationship management.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of CASA and retail banking products.
- Comfortable with field sales and corporate visits.
- Target-oriented with strong business development skills.
- Ability to build relationships with HR, Finance and Admin decision-makers.
- Local market knowledge and an existing corporate network will be an advantage.
