Role & responsibilities

- Develop and execute training programs on Gold Loan products, processes, policies, and regulatory compliance.

- Conduct induction and onboarding training for current hires and capability-building programs for existing employees.

- Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and implement learning interventions to improve branch performance.

- Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and business performance metrics.

- Partner with Business, Operations, and HR teams to drive employee productivity, customer service excellence, and compliance standards.

- Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, gold appraisal practices, and operational best practices across the region.

Preferred candidate profile





- Minimum 6 years of experience in the Gold Loan industry with strong expertise in product, operations, and branch processes.

- Proven experience in conducting training programs on gold appraisal, loan processing, compliance, and customer service.

- Strong understanding of Gold Loan policies, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in capability building, employee development, and driving performance improvement across multiple branches.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
