ZAKKAA Home Decor is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth, dealer expansion and channel development across Punjab.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Achieve regional sales and revenue targets.
- Identify new dealers, distributors and market opportunities.
- Lead, guide and monitor the regional sales team.
- Build strong relationships with key channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and pricing.
- Ensure effective product distribution and market coverage.
- Submit regular sales forecasts, reports and market insights to management.





Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 7–15 years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong experience in home appliances, electronics, electrical products or consumer durables.
- Proven experience in dealer/distributor and channel sales.
- Solid knowledge of Punjab's retail and distribution market.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
