About the Role We are looking for experienced Regional Business Heads to manage and grow our hospitals, wellness centres, day-care centres and clinics across the assigned region.

The candidate will be responsible for regional revenue, profitability, operational performance, patient footfall, service quality and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall business and operational performance of all assigned locations.
- Drive revenue, patient footfall, admissions, profitability and regional growth.
- Monitor branch-wise targets, expenses, productivity and performance.
- Guide Branch Heads and regional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct regular branch visits, audits and performance reviews.
- Improve patient experience and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Identify opportunities for new centres, partnerships, referral networks and health camps.
- Ensure implementation of company SOPs and healthcare compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with Operations, Medical, Marketing, HR, Finance and other central teams.
- Review regional market trends, competition and expansion opportunities.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, forecasts and improvement plans for management.
- Build,



mentor and manage high-performing regional teams.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate or postgraduate in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in regional business management or multi-location operations.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, wellness or Ayurveda will be preferred.
- Solid understanding of the respective regional market.
- Proven ability to manage revenue, profitability, operations and large teams.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

Local Candidate Requirement We are specifically looking for candidates who are currently based in the respective location or have strong professional experience and market knowledge of that region.

- East India position: Kolkata-based candidate preferred.
- North India position: Lucknow-based candidate preferred.
