- Coordinate interviews and maintain effective communication with both clients and candidates.
- Negotiate offers and support candidates through the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified technical talent.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical or engineering recruitment.
- Hands-on hiring experience across at least two of the listed industries.
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
