Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, business development, pre-sales, team leaders and managerial positions.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to achieve monthly hiring targets.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies and other channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess experience, communication, sales ability and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes with business heads and ensure timely closures.
- Drive bulk and urgent hiring requirements while maintaining quality of hires.
- Track recruitment metrics, including CVs sourced, interviews, selections, joining ratios, and recruitment TAT.
- Build solid relationships with candidates and ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process.
- Manage and guide recruitment executives/recruiters, if applicable.




- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring reports to management.
- Develop a strong understanding of the real estate market, competitor hiring trends and talent availability.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of recruitment experience in high-volume sales recruitment. • Proven track record of independently handling sales recruitment and achieving hiring targets.
- Strong sourcing and candidate evaluation skills.
- Experience in managing recruitment teams will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and candidate closure abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment/job portal platforms.
