We are Hiring Business Development Executive for Real Estate Digital Marketing

- Core purpose of the role

The person should be responsible for bringing builders and developers into your sales pipeline, primarily through outbound prospecting, relationship building, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Key responsibilities
- Identify and approach real estate builders, developers, brokers, and project owners.
- Build a database of upcoming and ongoing residential, commercial, and plotted-development projects.
- Make outbound calls and initiate conversations with decision-makers.
- Contact Directors, Partners, Promoters, Marketing Heads, and Sales Heads.
- Understand the developer's current marketing strategy and identify gaps.
- Generate qualified appointments for your agency.
- Conduct face-to-face/online meetings and present your digital marketing solutions.

- Explain services such as
- Meta & Google Ads

- Lead generation

- Social media marketing

- Real estate branding

- Landing pages/websites

- Content creation




- Project-specific digital campaigns

- Lead nurturing and remarketing
- Prepare proposals and commercial presentations in coordination with the management/team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain CRM/database records of prospects, meetings, proposals and closures.
- Develop long-term relationships with builders and developers for repeat business and referrals.
- Track competitors and understand current real estate marketing trends.
- Experience in selling digital marketing services.
- Existing relationships/network within the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media and lead generation.
- Experience handling high-ticket B2B sales.
