Key Responsibilities:
Automated Build &
CI/CD Pipeline Management: Engineer, maintain, and support automated compilation and build systems for both legacy embedded firmware and contemporary Linux-based platforms.
MathWorks &
MBD GitHub Integration: Design and enable component-level Model-Based Design (MBD) workflows within GitHub, automating code generation, build verification, and automated testing for MATLAB/Simulink models.
AI &
Workflow Automation Innovation: Evaluate, prototype, and integrate AI agents and LLM-driven tooling to automate static analysis, peer code reviews, test generation, and DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Process Enhancement &
Software Governance: Drive continuous software process improvements across the SDLC to boost build reliability, shorten developer feedback loops, and enforce coding standards.
Technology R&D; &
Proof-of-Concepts (POCs): Spearhead technical feasibility studies and POCs for emerging software tools, build systems, and development paradigms to modernize the engineering stack.
Skills and Experience Required:
Experience Range: 3 to 5 Years Experience
Qualification: BE/B.Tech Computer science, Electronics or relevant
Embedded Software &
Systems Development: Proficient in Embedded C and C++,
with hands-on experience in the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), design reviews, and peer code review practices.
Build Systems &
Compilation: Skilled in configuring and optimizing C/C++ cross-compilation toolchains using Make and CMake within Linux development environments.
DevOps, CI/CD &
Automation: Experienced in version control with Git/GitHub and building automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, supplemented by Python and Bash scripting.
Quality &
Automotive Standards: Conversant in static code analysis methodologies and core automotive software standards, including MISRA C/C++ compliance and fundamental AUTOSAR concepts.
Technical Communication: Solid capability in authoring high-quality technical documentation, architecture specs, and developer guidelines.
Must To Have –Embedded Linux Development: Familiarity with target platform configuration, kernel/user-space basics, and custom hardware integration.
Model-Based Design (MBD) &
Testing: Exposure to MATLAB/Simulink modeling, automated software-in-the-loop (SIL) testing, and test script generation.
Adaptability: Agile mindset with a proven ability to pivot across tools, domain requirements, and quick-moving project goals.
