Job Description
Partner with the Managing Director to drive strategic priorities and ensure effective execution across key business initiatives.
Enhance the effectiveness of the Managing Director's Office through prioritization, stakeholder management, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
Support growth and expansion initiatives through market intelligence, competitive analysis, and strategic assessments.
Develop financial models and business cases to support investment and expansion decisions.
Drive governance and performance management by monitoring strategic projects, risks, reviews, and scorecards.
Provide actionable insights on market trends, emerging technologies, competitive developments,
and future growth opportunities.
Coordinate effectively with Board members, CXOs, and cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment and execution excellence.
The Successful Applicant
Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar strategic role.
Prior experience with a top-tier global consulting firm is essential.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and financial modelling capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives independently.
High levels of discretion, confidentiality, and executive presence
