Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement EHS strategies and policies
Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
Lead site safety, risk assessments and audits
Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
Drive accident prevention and safety improvement initiatives
Manage environmental compliance and workplace safety
Conduct EHS training and awareness programs
Lead and mentor the EHS team across project locations
Prepare and monitor EHS performance reports

Candidate Profile:
Engineering / Science / Environmental Science background with Industrial Safety qualification
Robust experience in EHS management within project-based industries
NEBOSH / IOSH certification preferred
ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor certification will be an advantage
Willingness to travel extensively across India

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
