Position: Electrical Engineer / Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager

Experience: 5–10 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Competency / Supervisory certificate issued by the Chief Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector of any State or Union Territory in India will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Operation and maintenance of electrical substations and HT/LT distribution systems.

• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of VCB, ACB, DG Sets, UPS, APFC, MCC, Transformers and electrical panels .
Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.

• Monitoring and maintenance of earthing and electrical protection systems .
Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and statutory requirements.

• Implement Permit to Work (PTW), LOTO and electrical isolation procedures .
Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize equipment downtime.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists and equipment history.




Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors and service agencies.
Ensure protected, reliable and uninterrupted operation of electrical systems.

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of HT/LT electrical systems and substations .

• Good hands-on experience with VCB, ACB, DG, UPS, APFC, MCC and Transformers .
Knowledge of electrical protection, fault finding and troubleshooting.

• Sound knowledge of earthing, electrical safety, PTW and LOTO .
Ability to independently handle electrical O&M; activities and lead a maintenance team.
Valuable communication, reporting and coordination skills.

Preferred Requirement
Candidates holding an HT-level Competency / Supervisory Certificate issued by the Chief Electrical Inspector / Electrical Inspector of any State or Union Territory in India will be preferred.

• Experience in operation and maintenance of HT substations and electrical installations will be an added advantage.
