Overseeing the daily operations and maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and secure functioning of the solar farm
Responsible for maximizing plant uptime
Manage a team of technicians and coordinate with various stakeholders to optimize performance and maximize energy production
Frequent visits to sites to oversee operations and maintenance activities
Plant Monitoring & Performance
Ensuring electrical safety compliance
Executing preventive and corrective maintenance on solar PV assets
Maintain maintenance logbooks, breakdown reports, and daily energy generation records
Staying updated about new technologies, industry standards and regulations
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
