We are looking for a skilled and responsible Electrician & Plumbing Technician to work in an apartment community in Perumbakkam, Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance, be able to attend to residents' maintenance requirements, and handle day-to-day repair and troubleshooting work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine electrical maintenance and repairs in the apartment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, switches, sockets, lights, fans, and related equipment.
Handle plumbing repairs, including water leakage, taps, pipes, valves, and drainage issues.
Attend to maintenance complaints and resolve issues promptly.
Perform preventive maintenance of electrical and plumbing systems.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and properly.




Maintain basic tools and equipment required for the job.
Coordinate with the apartment management team when required.

Requirements
Previous experience as an Electrician, Plumber, or Maintenance Technician.
Good practical knowledge of both electrical and plumbing work.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot common maintenance problems.
Responsible, punctual, and willing to work in an apartment setting.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Candidates who can independently handle day-to-day maintenance work are preferred.

Pay: ₹11,164.23 - ₹21,000.00 per month
