Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety, and overall functioning of our senior care facility. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive, and comfortable managing staff, vendors, residents, and multiple operational requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations and smooth functioning of the facility.
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, security, and maintenance.
Manage and supervise housekeeping, security, maintenance, kitchen, and support staff.
Coordinate with vendors and external service providers, including procurement and timely resolution of issues.
Monitor facility infrastructure, equipment, utilities, and preventive maintenance.
Ensure compliance with facility safety protocols,



statutory requirements, and internal SOPs.
Handle resident/family concerns related to facility and operational matters and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain and monitor facility-related records, inventory, expenses, and documentation.
Coordinate with the clinical and management teams to ensure seamless resident care and operations.
Conduct regular inspections and identify areas for improvement, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.
Manage emergencies and ensure appropriate escalation and response procedures are followed.
Take ownership of the facility and ensure a secure, comfortable, and welcoming workplace for senior residents.
