Position: Factory Manager

Department: Production & Operations

Reporting To: Management

Job Summary

Responsible for managing the day-to-day factory operations, ensuring production targets, quality, manpower, safety, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production and ensure targets are achieved.
Manage factory workers, supervisors, and manpower allocation.
Monitor production quality, wastage, rework, and productivity.
Coordinate with Procurement, Stores, Quality, Maintenance, HR, and Dispatch.
Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of raw materials.
Monitor machinery, maintenance, and factory downtime.
Maintain workplace safety, discipline, and cleanliness.
Prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.




Identify operational problems and implement corrective actions.
Ensure orders are completed on time and according to required specifications.

Requirements
5 years of experience in factory/production management.
Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
Robust leadership and manpower-management skills.
Valuable knowledge of production planning and quality control.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/ERP systems.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
