Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee complete factory operations related to graphite machining and manufacturing.
Plan daily production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Manage CNC/VMC machining operations, production planning, and workflow.
Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with required specifications and standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
Reduce machining rejection, scrap, downtime, and production losses.
Monitor machine maintenance and ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed.
Develop and implement process improvements to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and factory policies.
Handle manpower planning, team supervision, performance monitoring, and training.
Maintain production reports, MIS, inventory records, and other operational documentation.




Identify operational issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure smooth coordination between shop floor and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
8+ years of experience in factory/plant management, preferably in graphite machining, CNC machining, or precision manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of machining processes, production planning, and quality control.
Experience in handling production teams and shop-floor operations.
Valuable knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage production targets and factory operations independently.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
