Shopfloor EHS Management Conduct regular EHS rounds across Chemical and Engineering areas, monitor protected work practices and critical controls, and drive closure of identified gaps.
Permit to Work &
Safe Systems of Work – Monitor PTW, JSA/HIRA, LOTO, isolation and other critical controls for high-risk activities.
Chemical &
Process Safety – Monitor chemical/process safety and support HIRA, HAZOP/AIA, MOC, PSSR and related risk-control activities.
Engineering &
Machine Safety – Monitor safety of rolling, punching, machining, fabrication, furnace and other engineering activities, including machine guarding and interlocks.
Gas Cylinder &
Electrical Safety – Ensure protected handling, storage and use of gas cylinders and monitor electrical safety and energy-isolation requirements.
Incident Investigation &
CAPA – Support incident/near-miss investigations, root-cause analysis and timely CAPA closure through SafeShield.
EHS Training &
Awareness – Conduct inductions, functional EHS training, Toolbox Talks and awareness programs and maintain training records.
Statutory Compliance &
Audits – Support statutory compliance, regulatory inspections,



internal/external audits and timely closure of compliance findings.
Environmental Management Support – Support environmental monitoring and compliance related to ETP/STP, scrubbers, hazardous waste and other environmental controls.
Emergency Preparedness &
Response – Support emergency drills, verify emergency preparedness and equipment, and coordinate with Fire/ERT, Security and operations teams.
Digital EHS &
SafeShield – Drive timely digital reporting of incidents, observations and CAPA through SafeShield and support EHS workflow improvement.
EHS MIS &
Performance Monitoring – Prepare EHS MIS, track key safety indicators, analyse trends and maintain accurate, audit-ready EHS records.
Contractor Safety Management – Monitor contractor EHS compliance, including induction, PTW, PPE, competency, secure work practices and corrective actions.
Stakeholder Coordination &
EHS Improvement – Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Projects and other functions to drive EHS compliance, risk reduction and continuous improvement.
